Booking & Payments

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 1 days before the tour date to qualify for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel tours with a full refund or alternative arrangements.
Tour Participation & Safety
- Participants must be in good physical condition and comply with all safety instructions provided by our guides.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who poses a safety risk.
- Bali 4WD Tour is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages during the tour.
Liability & Insurance
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Participants are encouraged to have travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, and trip cancellations.
